This recipe was prepared by Jason DeRusha of WCCO at the 2009 Home & Garden Show. Chicken and veggies with dressing served in tortilla chips makes for a crowd-pleaser.
SERVES: 4
PREP TIME: 15 Minutes
COOK TIME: No Cook Time
Ingredients

1/2 c. light mayo
1/2 teaspoon dried dillweed
9-ounces of chopped, cooked chicken breast
3/4 c. chopped broccoli
1/4 c. shredded carrot
28-32 scoop-shape tortilla chips

Directions
Step 1  Step 1:
Put mayonnaise and dillweed in a small bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon to mix
 
Step 2  Step 2:
Put chicken, broccoli and carrot in a medium bowl. Pour mayonnaise mixture over the chicken and toss to coat. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
 
Step 3  Step 3:
Serve in tortilla chips.
